Demonstrated ability to be a strategic consultative partner including competency in analyzing costs and benefits of various solutions which support customer needs and align with business strategies and objectives.
Develop a deep understanding of the business models for multiple business areas, key business drivers, and unique challenges in order to provide expert level strategic advice to the team, business leaders and executives.
Provide insightful and actionable financial analysis and reporting, including key trends, metrics and business drivers to inform business performance and decision making in support of achieving business strategic objectives.
External contacts include union representatives, attorneys, consultants, and outside agencies and require the ability to develop a rapport with outside individuals for the purpose of discussing and exchanging confidential information
Preparing and executing a focused business plan and strategy to grow business and provide high quality services to North Highland clients. Meet with and present to senior executives and public officials.
The incumbent conducts ongoing performance analysis to identify clinical outcome and other improvement opportunities, coaches/educates providers and management and supports teams/task forces to insure successful outcomes of projects.
