Develops and influences departmental policies and procedures to evolve Personal Advisor strategy. Works closely with other members of management to develop and implement strategic plans. Participates in the development of short and long range strategies for the department.
Planning and analysis of Med D applications related to enrollment workflows and procedures in order to assist in the development of new or modified systems; testing and management of the enrollment process.
Ensuring the personal satisfaction of the executives across multiple workplace companies, by providing high-level of knowledgeable assistance on topics in relation to retirement income planning, investment strategy and product selection through face-to face interactions.
Serve as the point-person for recommending and developing specific marketing programs, content and tools based on perceived and identified sales needs; develop and repurpose relevant marketing content in support of sales managers and field teams as needed.
