As a Principal Sales Consultant you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsible for proactively driving continuous improvement and identifying risks including operational risks, fraud, gaps against policy and regulation, and ultimately, manage the remediation or acceptance of those risks.
Ensures effective hiring practices, employee promotions, and career advancement opportunities. Facilitates gap analysis to distinguish between what is and what should be and then identify action steps necessary to bridge the gap.
Develop and present POVs and strategic recommendations to advance marketing measurement and analytics capabilities; operate with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment and have great attention to detail and are able to multitask and adapt quickly.
