Regularly reviews the integrity of Call Center data to ensure cases are being managed in accordance to guidelines and with completeness of information recorded; responds to requests from external sources for data and associated invoicing.
Manages the transition of assigned Post Acute patients from acute care setting to the skilled nursing facility and/or home setting utilizing face to face and/or telephonic outreach to accomplish the goals of the Post Acute Program.
Implements and Improves solutions and maximizes business value by studying client current practices, creating, documenting, piloting, and/or proposing system modifications, use cases, BRD's and best practices.
Manage and administer all areas of compensation including, but not limited to, variable compensation, sales commission structure design -and annual merit process to ensure it aligns with established criteria and budget.
Responsible for consistently raising the bar in driving & executing critical initiatives with trading partners. Serves as a trusted advisor, managing and developing strategies to profitably grow the book of business.
