The eCommerce Manager will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional team members across multiple businesses in Olam to manage all aspects of our B2B eCommerce business including, business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, website design, and web analytics. This role will be part of the digital business leadership team.
Strong organizational skills required with excellent attention to detail and accuracy; ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Conducts face-to-face, needs-based consultative selling to aid customer in achieving instructional goals through category products, services and/or solutions in order to grow revenue within assigned geographic territory with a focus on target accounts.
Assist with development and oversee execution of strategies and tactics within the comprehensive fund development plan including major and planned gifts, corporate and foundation relations and annual and employee giving to help the corporation fulfill its mission through increased philanthropic contributions.
Responsible for support of CME Chair and committee, implementation of new programs and coordination of ongoing educational programs. Ensures compliance with and maintenance of licensure and accreditation approval and general responsibility for CME application / reservation software program.
Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction and member retention by investing in, structuring, and directing operations to meet customer needs and by reinforcing a culture of excellence in customer service.
