Serves as technical and subject matter expert for initiatives involving the end to end life cycle of customer touch points, including web, phone/IVR, social media and traditional correspondence channels.
Manage a small team responsible for demand strategy, marketing automation, email, trade shows, paid campaigns, ads, social media, website. Work closely with sales team coordinating these activities developing a sales strategy.

Maintains station event calendar, writes copy for promotional spots, schedules live remotes from promotional events, prepares summaries of events, serves as primary coordinator for third party tie-ins for assigned promotions and events, and supervises promotions coordinator and event staff.
Responsible for business development,fund-raising and building powerful partnerships for local AHA events that bring together corporate partners, medical leaders, community leaders, and volunteersto raise awareness of heart disease and stroke.
