The Program Director will ensure that fellows are properly supervised in carrying out their patient care responsibilities and develop and maintain an effective curriculum that complies with all elements of the Next Accreditation System including ACGME core competencies, milestones and Clinical Learning Environment Reviews.
This position is responsible and accountable for practice culture and engagement, management and staff development, recruiting and retention of management, staff and physicians, and financial performance.
The Team Lead Field Services is responsible for effectively managing operations and delivering a high level of customer service to a specific facility or multiple facilities within a geographic region.
Provide thorough and timely documentation in the ER CoE's case management tracking tool; provide direction, and/or guidance to employees and managers to help facilitate and/or resolve human resource issues (e.g., departmental/management/employee conflicts, etc.).
Work closely with the Brand Strategy team and Brand Leadership to plan and execute all Capital Plan projects within cost, time and quality standards. Discuss strategy for current and three year program.
Cultivate in-depth relationships with clients and partners, including through both telephonic and in-person meetings. Manage issues as they arise in an effective and timely manner, escalating to senior management as appropriate.
Responsible for assuring that the center operates in full compliance with Federal and State regulations while Doing the Right Things, which will result in high levels of performance in each of the Strategic Focus Areas.
