To lead, oversee, supervise, and coordinate project activities for assigned projects, especially larger, more complex, multidisciplinary projects involving unique or controversial complexities, through all phases.
The primary purpose and function of the Chief of Staff is to manage the hospital and ensure the highest quality of veterinary care, exceptional client service, associate engagement and maximum productivity of the veterinary medical team.
Assist on internal process/technical audits and/or verification of corrective action, as designated by the department manager. This includes documenting the audit results and logging audits to unveil trends within a lab or across all labs.
Ensure that clinical staff is providing proper documentation according to Medicare guidelines, company policy and facility standards; work independently with periodic (daily or less) support and directions.
