The Senior Professional Services Technical Project Manager will closely work on Fircosoft portfolio projects and client delivery of product implementations, remotely or at client locations and for different functions within those projects.
Promote and ensure compliance to Enterprise Project Management Office standards and processes through hands on facilitation, engagement and mentorship, as well as work with EPMO leadership to continuously improve and refine processes.
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for the management and overall operations of projects of various complexity, size and duration, helping to ensure the organization is poised to meet the objectives and goals of each project on time and on budget.
The project manager will be expected to track programmatic and technical status, lead multi-function teams, develop detailed cost and schedule plans, and prepare and deliver briefings to internal management and external customers on projects.
Create, develop and facilitate strategic documents such as Project Business cases, Assessments, Communication plans, and detailed project plans. Present project updates and presentations to senior management of Finance
The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing iterations, coordinating development resources, prioritizing and scheduling feature implementation with stakeholders, quality assurance and feature deployment.
