Perform studies for power systems modeling, power flow, short circuit, protection devices coordination, arc flash and related engineering tasks including low voltage power distribution (208V, 240V and 480V).

Documents outcome of test cases and debugging efforts. Regresses defects and closes defect reports. Verifies implementation of software design changes and functional enhancements. Uses Mercury Quality Center to document test results.
Manages and schedules assigned staff. Develops goals and priorities, and assigns tasks and projects. Develops staff skills and training plans. Counsels, trains and coaches financial and operations managers.
Develops, manages and monitors project budgets and contracts. Completes internal and external written and oral reports professionally and in a timely manner. Coordinates with ANTHC finance department to insure timely and accurate financial reporting.
