Responsible for adherence to a regulatory agency, ISO 9001, Quality System policies and procedures, employee resources and relations administration, safety, security and financial performance monitoring.
Supports the accreditation activities of Riverside. Establishes the department as a resource to others and a driver of organizational performance that is built on relationships and a shared vision of excellence.
Communications with product users and suppliers to share information, identify opportunities, resolve problems, prioritize customer requirements, and maintain continuous improvement through customer feedback.
The GM is responsible for working directly with the client to ensure a thorough understanding of its investment objectives and the development of acceptable property-specific strategic plans of an operating and capital budget.
