Telecommunications Services performs analysis and research of all video communications systems as they relate to business applications and technology development.
Overall account management responsibility for company HealthCare assigned customers including responsibility for persistency results, membership and revenue growth, and the cultivation of customer and producer/broker relationships.
The position generally manages a varied team of IT professionals and bridges the business and technology gaps, leverages resources across functional or specialized technology areas to ensure end-to-end delivery of agreed upon solutions or services within planned forecasts and cost estimates.
� Provides consulting / direction to solve business problems or needs arising from everyday events or unexpected / catastrophic events. This includes recognizing the problem, resources needed to resolve as well as managing to process needed for proper completion, including executive management updates as required.
Accountable for projects/applications/infrastructure meeting business needs are delivered in a timely, cost effective manner considering all budget aspects including total cost of ownership.
Works collaboratively with partners in IT, business areas and vendors in understanding, and enhancing business requirements to create technical, and functional specifications.
Develop talent within the organization, mentoring / developing team of analysts; collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to continually optimize internal processes and on-site experience.
Leads the design, build, validation, implementation and maintenance of IT application systems and/or infrastructure solutions in support of our current, and future business needs in the area of Workforce Management and Store Communications Solutions Development and Delivery.
Assignments formally designated, for which there is administrative responsibility and program oversight within Medical Affairs at Maine Medical Center include: regulatory affairs; accreditation; patient and guest relations; clinical ethics; acquisition and deployment of physician resources.
Develop and execute the company's planning and reporting process, including LRP, annual budget, in-year forecast and latest estimates, and period/quarter business reporting.
Developing organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations for strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
