Work with a small group to facilitate the department?s move to Agile. This group is the ?Agile core team? who discusses problems the Agile projects are having (or we anticipate they will have) and devise training and interventions to help with the problems.
The selected candidate will manage complex software development, architecture, and integration projects in a fast paced, constantly changing Agile environment.
Lead and support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities at clients while working with the appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines/industries
Strong understanding of the pitfalls of data analysis and what makes a strong business case; demonstrated experience with business case building and pitching to VP audiences.
Assist in determining appropriate test environments & managing staff as appropriate; working with Product owners to ensure business requirements are adequate & ensure test cases are developed according to standards ' for both manual and automated.
Lead and collaborate on all business readiness activities including end user training, product testing, rollout, iteration and support; foster a culture of data driven decision making.
Provide coaching and guidance to the project teams about aspects of project management and service delivery that will help them stay on schedule, proactively identify dependencies, and avoid roadblocks / issues.
