Operate as the business owner for all site development phases from concept to launch including business requirements, user flows/wireframes, functional requirements, QA, and post-launch monitoring and optimization.
Leverage or build relationships with marque client decision makers at the market level who make or influence purchasing decisions, which typically includes but not limited to market Construction Managers and Implementation Managers.
Ensure all work is performed according to Forward Air approved procedures, standards, and specifications for sales objectives; works with customers to anticipate and interpret customer needs and business challenges.
Operates with considerable latitude. Situations may have little or no precedent requiring original or new concepts or approaches without guidance from others. Reaches decisions under conditions of uncertainty.
Act as the primary contact on all associated national account customers and develop a professional relationship within their senior leadership with the purpose of understanding the customer needs and to develop/negotiate contracts accordingly
Manage project activities through the effective use of project management principles and the specific methodologies adopted by Zones to achieve timely project completion and meet the defined project business objectives.
