The IoT Business Development Manager is a sales professional that actively prospects for new business relationships that drive revenue for the company; responsible for working with companies to implement new business initiatives to drive strategic revenue in the IoT space.
Consult with prospect about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits of each; maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
Lead preparation of GIS solution proposals including the development of technical specifications, technical approach, team qualifications, cost estimates and schedules in response to client request for proposals.
Research existing client conditions and make recommendations to enhance large, complex telecommunication networks, owned and operated by private entities such as water and power utilities, educational institutions, and public safety agencies.
Prepare error-free engineering documents (e.g., drawings, sketches, instructions, inputs, calculations, analyses, evaluations) according to and bounded by industry codes, standards, and regulations to support client engineering needs.
