Work closely with senior managers within company's Distribution Solutions organization to identify upsell opportunities and establish strategic servicing goals that best support their client's specific data integration model.
Identify opportunities and manage team efforts for submittals, proposals, presentations, contract negotiation, and related activities; implementing effective strategies to complete and streamline environmental documentation.
Lead detailed, post event analysis of unusual events, and direct needed procedure or process changes in response; lead vulnerability assessments and penetration tests of IT and OT networks, for both compliance and security purposes.
Prepare error-free engineering documents (e.g., drawings, sketches, instructions, inputs, calculations, analyses, evaluations) according to and bounded by industry codes, standards, and regulations to support client engineering needs.
Build and develop market relationships in collaboration with broking and sales. Increase (maximize) the profitability of the client account & drive retention of that business. Engage with sales and broking to understand marketplace changes.
