Under the leadership of the Director of the Lifespan Cancer Institute the Clinical Manager is responsible for translating and supporting the goals, objectives, policies and procedures of the Infusion Clinic.
Experience must demonstrate effective leadership, managerial and organizational skills, with highly developed oral and written communication skills to effectively direct staff and to discuss the denied case at all levels of the appeal process.
Conducts at least monthly meetings with the medical director; approves medical director invoices and submits on a monthly basis to the Home Office with appropriate supporting documentation for timely payment.
The MedSpa Sales Manager will plan and direct the day-to-day operations of a center location. Ensures customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, service is efficient and within established operational guidelines.
Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide care to patients throughout the company, with consideration of aging processes, human development stages and cultural patterns in each step of the care process.
Creates and supports a workplace culture of safety; demonstrates leadership for pro-actively identifying and managing safety risks specific to this patient population, including the engagement of the staff.
