Act as liaison with owner, regulatory agencies, subcontractors and/or internal departments on quality related matters as required; coordinate quality assurance program with job site departments and contractors.
Communicates with patients, caregivers, agency nurses, other providers and vendors as necessary to assure proper diagnosis and treatment; works with Patient Care Coordinator to assure orders and referrals are properly/timely placed.
Responsible for staff performance, staff recruitment, staff retention and staff development. Responsible for collaborating with other departments and agencies regarding resources and services for improved patient care and staff development.
The General Superintendent will provide project management and oversight to assure construction projects are completed to company specifications. Assure that complete records are maintained, accurate and up to date.
Serves as the operational liaison between the Enterprise IM and local Regional facilities. Meets with local management to understand and assist in developing regional requirements for information management.
