Responsible for coordinating the tactical purchasing of Goods and Services from Waste Management Suppliers on a daily basis. Manages and coordinates the activities of one or more people resources on a daily basis.
Drafting and negotiating corporate organizational documents and transaction agreements, including purchase agreements, merger agreements and ancillary documents; oversee due diligence process; coordinate closing of transactions.
