The GM is responsible for working directly with the client to ensure a thorough understanding of its investment objectives and the development of acceptable property-specific strategic plans of an operating and capital budget.
The preferred candidate possesses a blend of security competencies, process development experience, creative thinking and effective communication skills that will enable the individual to contribute in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
Continuously update technical knowledge in field of plastics, paperboard, wood and arts & craft materials, and how changes/innovation relate to the application of toy products and environmental life cycle assessment.
Provide technical application support to field sales personnel and interact with suppliers and customers; develop raw material specifications, testing standards, and product specifications for new/existing products.
The Manager, Environment, Health, & Safety, (EHS) will provide leadership for the implementation of EHS standards & procedures, expert technical assistance on EHS issues and will partner with functional leadership.
