The Project Manager will be responsible for managing scope, schedule and budget for sludge dewatering contracts including the OA and D/B contracts. The Project Manager will also manage City team members as required, interact with the City's O&M group.
Manage a number of complex tenant improvement and lab type and building infrastructure projects, such as those requiring high-level input on mechanical and electrical systems, or having other specialized requirements.
Maintain project status through dashboards, wiki pages, status reports as required; identify & track key metrics/measures that will be used to evaluate success and validate the business impact of the project.
Manage, coordinate, and inspect contractor work while project is in progress and contribute feedback that might make work safer, cheaper, cleaner, lower impact or any other way improve the operational success of the projects.
