Collect critical job performance data (e.g., expended labor hours, installed asphalt volume, subcontract work installed, etc.) and track against budgeted metrics to enable early discovery of potential project losses
Leads efforts to analyze risk and define schedule related issues, including analysis of long lead materials or equipment which may impact cash flow; assumes responsibility for project staffing and budgetary controls.
Develop resource loaded schedules, including lists of activities, major milestones, critical approvals, long lead procurement items and other critical project deliverables to be scheduled and tracked for the projects.
Coordinate efforts with Federal Division Project Executive and estimating and proposal teams, and other participating regional management teams (as required), to manage Granite resources to meet proposal and project needs.
Develop, review and approve internal and external reports including: project budgeting, project cash flow forecast, and project status reports. Present reports to internal and external executive management as required.
