Develop and implement quality improvement programs related to clinical quality measurement and outcomes and assists in resolving deficiencies that impact plan compliance to regulatory accreditation standards and/or quality measurement.
Demonstrates capability to read, understand and apply standard to moderately complex documents affecting real estate projects, including but not limited to: agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys and drawings.
Leads/directs the development and execution of the strategy approach for the program (in compliance with the contract), its major time frames, and delivery of contractual deliverables and supporting work products.
