Your product will allow publishers and app developers best monetize their inventory by holistically optimizing between direct-sold, programmatic direct and indirect inventory delivered to both web browsers and apps.
Create or improve upon organizational mechanisms: how we communicate opportunities, how we prioritize projects, how we execute efficiently, how do we ship quality experiences, how we learn post-ship and improve upon our products, etc.
As Senior Director of Product, the ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for product excellence, experience in the content space and a strong background developing e-commerce products or 2-sided marketplaces.
Establish KPIs and success standards, regularly analyzing data to measure the quality of our video technology; review existing partner relationships, guiding build vs buy discussions in DRM, live transcoding, 360, VR, and other related tech.
Maintain open lines of communication with online marketing, field sales, key clients and individual users to understand and synthesize customer needs, and represent these needs to the broader product management team.
Ability to partner with team members to map the product strategy down to individual features and correctly prioritize them across phases. Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment and be a true team player
