The primary focus of the position is to advise on legal issues related to transactions for services and goods. Contract drafting and negotiation are part of a wide array of responsibilities the position entails.

The practice administrator provides administrative leadership, internal consultation and serves as an advisor to ensure the smooth delivery of all clincal and business office services at the medical hills internists (mhi) office.
Works closely with business partners to understand business requirements to design quality technical solutions that align with business and IT strategies and comply with the organization's architectural standards.
