Manage the upgrades/retrofit construction project program process administration across the data center portfolio. Focus is on ability to manage multiple programs at one time over multiple locations globally.
Work as a partner with the technical groups executing the project, resolving issues, coordinating communication, and managing risks/problems. Creates a structure/environment in which people can work together as an efficient team.
Manage and track key company diversity metrics to measure program effectiveness against established goals. Collaborate with HR and other internal partners to ensure a common message and accountability.
