Interfaces with maintenance supervisors on I/E electrical issues for the entire facility; plans work orders and execute procurement requirements for I/E issues.
Develops schedules and assigns work to subordinates. Identifies training needs of subordinates; serves as a resource in teaching and guiding others in developing skills and knowledge.
Developing and deploying best practices in Preventive and Predictive Maintenance and Condition Monitoring; collaborating and driving the development and maintenance of systems and programs to support Maintenance quality, efficiency, safety and cost improvement efforts.
Improves the performance of production lines by using effective preventative maintenance, timely problem solving, equipment improvements, and training of production/maintenance personnel as needed.
Ensure compliance with all Company Engineering and Information Technology practices. Interface with SVP of Engineering and SVP, Information Technology on a regular basis.
Providing technical research, analysis and documentation for the development and coordination of Maintenance programs directed toward equipment reliability, safety and predictability.
