The Payroll Supervisor will interpret day-to-day business objectives and preparation/execution of operational practices/work programs and fill in for Payroll Manager as needed and prepare work schedules to ensure appropriate coverage.
Manage invoicing reconciliation for carriers, administrators and vendors of Firm's Health & Welfare and Retirement plans; maintain Sarbanes-Oxley process flows and related flow charts for the payroll process.
The Payroll Administrator will be the point of entry for all pay data entry within ADP to ensure timely gross to net paycheck accuracy. Strong understanding of core payroll wage and hour compliance for accurate employee tax profile and Kronos timecard setup.
Process all salary change requests including calculating retroactive, final and advanced vacation payments. Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll, which includes transmitting, receiving and translating files
