Act as an internal consultant by understanding business needs, scoping data requests, synthesizing insights, and recommending solutions to key business partners in collaboration with the People Research team.

Collaborates and consults on the design and delivery of hr programs with the coes to deliver effective solutions to the business. Drives execution of program implementation, policies and initiatives through hr business partner team.
Help build and manage the growing Diversity team, working closely with each Diversity Business Partner in Tech to address the diversity-specific challenges and opportunities in each technical product group.
Develop and execute joint business plans that drives all aspects of the company practice including: business development, enablement, certification/education plans, partner marketing, and solution development.
