Responsible for managing the cost, schedule, and technical performance requirements of a program through all phases; ensures that all resources such as engineering, manpower, production, and facilities are available to support the program.
The Plant Manager III provides leadership and direction to the plant in all areas of responsibility including administration, production, processing, packaging, quality, maintenance, warehousing, shipping, purchasing, safety, and environmental.
Manages and oversees overall supply chain operations, including purchasing and inventory of materials as well as selection of vendors. Makes recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
Under the direction of the Manger of Operations is responsible for Project Management which includes but is not limited to projects to improve services, financial reimbursement, operational efficiency, fee schedule analysis and marketing proposals.
This position will provide motivation, coaching, and leadership to team members to insure the accomplishment of business objectives including customer interface and manufacturing activity and coordination.
As a Manufacturing Engineer (ME), you will assist others in the initiation and direction of engineering projects to determine the most practical means in converting raw material into a finished product.
