Manage key performance metrics and dashboards that help the Sales organization focus on renewals execution, customer success and account planning for the renewal.
Manage and train a group of vendor sales representatives on outbound prospecting. Consolidate and interpret metrics for your team to drive insight into the market and sales trends.
Review weekly reports, customer sales and marketing programs and other data as necessary. Recommend solutions and actions to achieve account plus Mattel goals.
Proactively identify trends and areas of opportunity to improve, deliver recommendations to sales leadership, and drive outcomes that improve revenue and productivity; drive sales planning activities: weekly forecasting process, headcount and quota setting, territory segmentation, and lias with Finance on the sales compensation process.
