Responsible for implementing continuous improvement efforts, acting as an internal consultant in shaping continuous improvement strategy while also helping senior leadership and plant managements solve complex business, operational, and manufacturing problems.
Delivers to defined Private Banking segments based upon object and sound personal financial planning and financial advisory concepts. Responsible for loan structure based on client needs and in accordance with bank policy, then packages and presents loan proposals to appropriate approval authority.
Lead capital project execution for site projects at the Beaumont Site (including design, procurement, and construction) to ensure assigned projects meet company objectives and ensure the job is carried out in full compliance with all Safety, Security, Health, Environmental and Corporate Governance requirements.
Leads the financial center to increase growth and profitability using a consultative approach and a structure process of providing coaching and support, consisting of coaching and support to drive improved associate performance. Sets clear objectives for the financial center and associates, monitors progress and tracks results.

Must be able to build successful relationships, to develop and support divergent thinking while maintaining strong focus on driving to results.
