The candidate must have a successful track record in sales management, track record of outstanding Digital sales success, staff recruitment and developmental skills as well as strong leadership capabilities.
The purpose of this role is to lead and establish enterprise enterprise-wide content and creative strategy, leveraging audience insights to create a seamless content and communications experience, resulting in the achievement of growth and reputation business objectives.
Responsible for fulfilling leasing and move in goals. Maintains a positive image of the community with referral sources, residents, and staff personnel. Supervises the sales and marketing personnel at the community.
Lead all business unit tactical communications efforts for specific product lines, including product launches, industry events, customer initiatives, advertising, integrated marketing campaigns and support internal communications.
