The Corporate Health and Safety Manager is a consultant and advisor to the plant locations, providing support and technical assistance in administration of and compliance with federal, state, local, and company EHS requirements.
Work in conjunction with model developers, model owners, and business unit risk managers to establish model risk ratings, and to develop robust business-unit model approval and model change management processes.
The SSE is expected to understand the market position of products & service products in their target markets and contribute to ensuring that the most advantageous price structure is put forward to maximize CTR and customer value.
Demonstrates capability to read, understand and apply standard to moderately complex documents affecting real estate projects, including but not limited to: agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys and drawings.
External contacts include union representatives, attorneys, consultants, and outside agencies and require the ability to develop a rapport with outside individuals for the purpose of discussing and exchanging confidential information
