Manage key local accounts with account executives by being active in the sales process.Assess sales staff with ride-along coaching & participating in client meetings. Offer and recommend appropriate training for the AEs.
They also directly manage the activities of pharmacists and technicians and are actively involved in their areas of oversight to assure pharmacy staff remain competent and engaged in customer service, standardized work, and lean processes.
Provide field leadership and management of equipment maintenance and readiness to meet specific project needs; work within Company data systems to record and track equipment maintenance and utilization.
Support an aggressive quality control program that emphasizes on-going systematic analysis of potential problems to equipment or system failures; coordinate with EMCOR corporate safety department implementing and monitoring key policies and programs.
The TBM will demonstrate an ability to work productively with individuals in related positions including but not limited to other representatives, DBL, RMDs, Marketing, and Key Accounts and headquarter personnel.
Review project specifications and confer with Project Manager and Project Engineer concerning project requirements; such as plan preparation, acceptance testing, evaluations of field conditions, design changes, and reports.
