Assist policyholders in identifying key objectives to improve safety and loss control at the workplace; provides consulting and training services to support the account reaching loss control objectives.
The Safety Manager shall be responsible for compiling and maintaining necessary records, logs and other reports pertaining to safety required by the contractor, client, Federal, State and Local regulations.
Meet or exceed assigned revenue objectives for a broad array of telecommunications/IT products and services by assisting in the development and execution of strategic sales plans to business customers.
Performs technical design for network changes to existing or new hardware and software systems required to provide new functionality or enhance current performance and transition these changes to the operational environment.
Responsible for hiring, leading, developing and managing the performance by those reporting to this position; establish and communicates clear performance expectations; and make recommendations for salary increases.
