- Manage litigation, arbitration, and mediation by and against the Company on matters ranging from professional liability, breach of contract, change orders, disputed payments, delay claims and other claims arising from the performance of our projects and the conduct of our business.
- Provides pharmaceutical care to Customers, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, counseling Customers regarding health care and prescription medication needs, maintaining confidential information, maintaining controlled medication and required documentation.
- Collaborates with other company Medical Directors to improve the operations of the assigned division, including strategic planning, service excellence, physician relations, quality assurance, education, mission integration and other operational improvements.
- The Human Resources Director drives the development of the Human Resources function and is responsible for planning, administering, and directing Human Resources functions of the Company, reporting directly to the Executive Vice President of Human Resources, the Human Resources Director will collaborate with senior management, including compensation, performance management, acquisition activity, benefits, employee and labor relations, training and development, and employment practices and procedures.
