Direct all phases of project mgmt., including building the capital plan, reviewing and approving individual project scope, procurement/contracting, vendor review and selection, design/permitting, project execution and closure.
Managing the expense accounting team
Planning and coordination of new and changing expense accounting and financial reporting requirements, including the implementation of new accounting requirements, transactions and new corporate structures.
Maintain a general knowledge of any transaction in markets under management. Preparation of monthly owner's reports and quarterly financial reviews. Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
