Work closely with senior managers within company's Distribution Solutions organization to identify upsell opportunities and establish strategic servicing goals that best support their client's specific data integration model.
Develop and execute against a strategic plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline including opportunities in existing accounts as well as driving net new business in untapped customers.
This individual will positively impact our award-winning customer service in a variety of ways including developing client use materials and deliverables for policyholders, agents, risk control reps, and underwriting.
Build and develop market relationships in collaboration with broking and sales. Increase (maximize) the profitability of the client account & drive retention of that business. Engage with sales and broking to understand marketplace changes.
