Review existing contract templates to identify risks associated with the business relationship and recommend contract language to mitigate such risks and identify areas in templates that can be updated to improve negotiations
Train and provide development opportunities for staff. Ensure annual goals are complete and communicated. Ensure Global Performance Management System is up to date and regular feedback is provided to staff members.
This position will provide motivation, coaching, and leadership to team members to insure the accomplishment of business objectives including customer interface and manufacturing activity and coordination.
