Position will be responsible for evaluating operating results, identifying opportunities, engaging physician and operational leaders by developing action plans, and successfully implementing strategies.
Providing legal advice, strategies and solutions to all business functional areas including sales, marketing, underwriting, actuarial, operations, accounting and finance, risk management, claims and human resource.
Ability to identify inconsistencies and inaccuracies in documents and processes, and make corrections as required. Appropriately prioritizes tasks to ensure completion. Demonstrates ability to efficiently handle a heavier than average workload day.
