Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding; disciplining employees in conjunction with Human Resources; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Manage key local accounts with account executives by being active in the sales process.Assess sales staff with ride-along coaching & participating in client meetings. Offer and recommend appropriate training for the AEs.
Directing the scoping, design, procurement, ROW acquisition, permitting, construction, inspection, and startup of new pipeline projects, pipeline maintenance projects, pipeline relocation projects, and others.
Support an aggressive quality control program that emphasizes on-going systematic analysis of potential problems to equipment or system failures; coordinate with EMCOR corporate safety department implementing and monitoring key policies and programs.
Review project specifications and confer with Project Manager and Project Engineer concerning project requirements; such as plan preparation, acceptance testing, evaluations of field conditions, design changes, and reports.
