This role performs a variety of complex billing functions and analysis to ensure that all billing-related business needs are met; in addition to the management, reporting and auditing of the billing reconciliation process, this position is also responsible for identifying and implementing process and costs improvements.

Document and maintain related project sites including project server sites and Confluence repositories; serve as team expert on all components of IT Health: claims processing, reference administration, provider enrolment and management, finance, security, and other related functions as assigned.
As the liaison between the business and IT department, the Senior Business Analyst ensures that the scope of work requested to enhance or modify existing application processes are clearly documented.
Continually develop and evaluate product growth/evolution strategies by engaging business partners across the PBM Product Innovation and Marketing team, and across the enterprise as necessary.
