Focus on new business-to-business account development in our Facility Services Division; responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments with prospects, presenting programs and meeting a sales quota.
Responsible for management of day-to-day quality assurance activities within quality assurance group. Serves to mentor, guide, advise, and otherwise support staff in their work. Includes appropriate training and instruction.
Conduct Inter-Disciplinary Team meetings and manage all members of the team, including the scheduling, productivity monitoring, mentoring, one-on-one meetings, pay practices, timekeeping, and expense reports.
