Develop the annual operating objectives and plans assigned program responsibilities. Monitor the achievement of these objectives and exercises appropriate action to assure achievement of the objectives.
The person will design an employee development program to develop the skills of the current and future employees consistent with a professional Procurement function. This will include but not limited to technical skills and soft skills.
Provides advanced level content expertise in developing, implementing, communicating and administering University-wide compensation programs and policies in order to recruit, retain, and reward a qualified and diverse workforce.
