Maintain accurate and complete documentation of each individual residents experience for each year of the program. These records should indicate the level of participation of the resident and skills achieved.
The Principal Level reports administratively to a Section Manager or a Division Director. Manages large programs that potentially involve multiple divisions and subcontractors. Directs or monitors direction of several large or critical projects.
Partner with DGM and DHR to identify and implement HR interventions that have a direct impact on the profitability of the district; propel communication activities in coordination with local and district management.
