- This Assistant Vice President for Financial Services is responsible for providing management and oversight of the financial operations of the campus. This position will directly oversee Accounting Services (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Accounting and Financial Reporting, Student Accounts and Bulldog Card).
- Under the direction of the Corporate Director for Materials Management, incumbent is responsible for strategic direction and leadership for all inventory, distribution, and supply chain operations within the CMC System. Accountabilities include planning, managing, and coordination of all inventory, distribution, and supply chain functions.
- Leads and manages all development and fundraising activities for the Department of Athletics including supervision of fundraising staff within The Bulldog Foundation. The Bulldog Foundation is a separate non-profit organization that is responsible for providing funding of student-athlete scholarships.
- Planning, Design and Construction, incumbent is responsible for assisting with multiple construction projects on campus. This includes all aspects of administrative support from the conceptual development stage through final completion. The incumbent will also support Facilities Management by creating and maintaining various file systems, databases, CAD drawing database, and related modules.
