The eCommerce Manager will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional team members across multiple businesses in Olam to manage all aspects of our B2B eCommerce business including, business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, website design, and web analytics. This role will be part of the digital business leadership team.

Achieve and maintain best in class service performance by coordinating with commercial, engineering and manufacturing teams at ContiTech and related end users and customers

Directs the Production, Quality, and Support functions in the operation of a multiple shift manufacturing facility, including development of a highly responsive team.

Utilize strong analytical and business acumen skills to identify areas of opportunities and provide actionable recommendations and solutions to increase product growth.

Responsible for support of CME Chair and committee, implementation of new programs and coordination of ongoing educational programs. Ensures compliance with and maintenance of licensure and accreditation approval and general responsibility for CME application / reservation software program.

Develop strong working relationships with asthma experts and all additional Allergy/Immunology/Pulmonology specialists in assigned geography as well as biologic coordinators, office staff and other important health care personnel and key patient advocacy support groups as directed.
