Generate revenue and sales funnel growth consistent with company goals. Develop and execute a growth plan for the territory through: prospecting, new account acquisition and development, as well as current account commercial and technical support.
Support a regional sales team with attending sales calls, consulting with customers to determine their specific technology needs and provide design consulting services to address the defined business requirements.
Ensure sales representatives hit their assigned sales goals by reviewing sales practices and reports and developing plans to address performance gaps; ensure team hits sales goals assigned by strategic supply partners.
Develops strong long lasting relationships with all internal and external customers.
Studies and develops policies and procedures to be used for investigating, granting and controlling credit and in collecting accounts due.
Review functional requirements and system models to develop test plans and generate calibration instructions for assigned algorithms; work closely with algorithm engineers to optimize function design and improve efficiency.
