Keeps up to date and ensures compliance with all applicable laws, policies, procedures, bylaws, regulatory requirements, and best practice guidelines including the Code of Conduct, Privacy of Health Care Information, Corporate and Health Care Compliance.

Responsible for hiring, leading, developing and managing the performance by those reporting to this position; establish and communicates clear performance expectations; and make recommendations for salary increases.
Develops, manages and monitors project budgets and contracts. Completes internal and external written and oral reports professionally and in a timely manner. Coordinates with ANTHC finance department to insure timely and accurate financial reporting.
